Now That Was Cool!

ReLAXing and Cruising on Woods Pond…

Nothing better than waking up to the cool breeze of a Bridgton, Maine morning. Camp Wildwood was buzzing today with new activities and group fun for the boys. After pancakes, bacon, fruit and cereal for breakfast and a cleaning of the bunks, the Cedar Pines had an amazing group lacrosse lesson hosted by many special guests. After that, they had basketball or archery. The Hemlocks opened their morning with football and BMX and then had fun at swimming. The Oaks started out in the water and then had soccer and photography. In the Sycamores, boys could choose between soccer and photography and then hit the tennis courts. Some of the pictures in the diary were taken during those two photography classes. Over in Senior Camp, the Sequoias had baseball and mountain biking followed by hockey and fitness while the Maples and Seniors spent their morning playing tennis and then either on the ski boats with Teddy and Obie or playing baseball.

Afternoon Fun in the Sun

After a delicious panini lunch and a relaxing rest hour, the boys were busy all afternoon. Junior Campers had more lacrosse lessons, tennis, baseball, arts and crafts, swimming, basketball and golf. Senior Campers were at fitness, football, basketball, canoeing, swimming and archery. After fajitas for dinner, we had evening activities all over camp. From trashball to hoops, handball to steal the bacon, fun was had by all! Looking forward to a lovely evening and hopefully another beautiful sunset. Another great summer day at the best of the boys sleepaway camps in Bridgton, Maine. See you tomorrow!
