Challenge Day!

Sun is Out!

It was another sunny summer day in Maine at Camp Wildwood and today was Challenge Day! After waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit and cereal for breakfast and a cleaning of the bunks, the boys began their day in different challenge activities against other groups. There was Oak vs. Sycamores Handball, Cedar Pine and Senior Hockey, Maple vs. Sequoia Soccer, Maple and Hemlock Hide and Go Seek and more!

Cedar Pine Campfire

After a delicious pizza lunch and a relaxing rest hour, the continued around camp! The Hemlocks faced off in baseball against the Oaks, the Maples did battle in football vs. the Seniors, the Sycamores took on the Sequoias in football and for the finale, the Admin faced off vs. the Staff in Softball. 10-0 for the good guys! :-) We enjoyed spaghetti and meatballs for dinner and then we all met at the campfire to be entertained by the Cedar Pines. What a show it was! All of the boys did a wonderful job and the skits were awesome! We’ll share photos of the CP Campfire as soon as they are available. Looking forward to another great Bridgton, Maine summer camp day. See you tomorrow!
