Trip Day!

Let’s Go to the Beach

Wednesdays are trip day here at Camp Wildwood and everyone got out of camp! After ball scores at flag pole, we had donuts, fruit and cereal for breakfast. After a cleaning of the bunks, most everybody loaded up and headed out. The Hemlocks and Oaks caught some rays at Pine Point Beach, the Sycamores, Sequoias and Maples attacked the food trucks at Crescent Beach and the Seniors spent their day on the quiet shores of Sebago State Park. Back at camp, the Cedar Pines spent the morning canoeing on Woods Pond. After that, they may or may not have stolen food from Senior Camp (you judge by the evidence)… and finished the day off at the Gazebo for ice cream. For dinner, we have a big cookout with burgers, dogs, bbq chicken, salad and chips. Evening activity was a mix of fun camp games as a nice way to wind down the day. Trip Day is always a nice change of pace for the boys and staff. See you tomorrow for a fun day of activities and intercamp!
