Tennis Champs!

A lot to choose from

It was another sunny day here Camp Wildwood and the boys made the most of it! After ball scores at flag pole, we all enjoyed a nice breakfast of eggs, sausage, crispy potatoes, fruit and cereal. After that, everyone made their way down to the bunks to clean before morning activities. Right after breakfast, the 10U and 12U teams made their way to Takajo for their annual tennis tournament. With Senior Camp finishing up their final day of White Water Rafting, camp was for the taking for Junior Campers. We had a mix of activities including guitar, climbing, soccer, hoops, swimming, arts and crafts, tennis, BMX, archery and football.

Busy Afternoon

After grilled cheese, tomato soup and veggies for lunch, the boys took a rest hour from 1pm to 2pm. Activities around camp included photography, arts and crafts, tennis, swimming, waterski, sailing, low ropes, baseball and lacrosse. Our 10U and 12U tennis teams each returned with a champion! Congrats to Ethan M. and Leo Z. for each winning their respective singles brackets. Big shout out also to Max C. and Perry S. for coming in 2nd in the 12U doubles bracket. After evening flag pole, we had steak fajitas, crispy potatoes along with salad and veggies for dinner. For evening activity, each group did something a little different like capture the flag, GaGa, steal the bacon and home run derby. See you tomorrow!
