Senior Camp Games

Beating the Heat

It was a hot and sunny morning here at Camp Wildwood and the boys made the most of it! After ball scores at flag pole, we all enjoyed a nice breakfast of breakfast sandwiches, crispy potatoes, fruit and cereal. After that, everyone made their way down to the bunks to clean before morning activities. The Oaks continued their trip to the White Mountains, taking the tram up to scenic views and exploring the Famous Flume. Senior Campers began their two day War Games event. The split up into four teams and compete in a number of events. We also had a mix of activities including guitar, climbing, soccer, hoops, swimming, arts and crafts, tennis, BMX, archery and football.

Water Bottle Knock Off

After chicken patties, fries and veggies for lunch, the boys took a rest hour from 1pm to 2pm. Activities around camp included photography, arts and crafts, tennis, swimming, waterski, sailing, low ropes, baseball and lacrosse. There was some rain in the afternoon. The games continued outside and in the gym while the Cedar Pines and Hemlocks played a big dodgeballesque game where they had to knock the giant water bottles off the buckets. After evening flag pole, we had popcorn shrimp and chowder along with salad and veggies for dinner. For evening activity, each group did something a little different like capture the flag, GaGa, steal the bacon and home run derby. See you tomorrow!
