Trip Day!

Hikes, Waterslides and Chilling on the Water

Wednesdays are trip day here at Camp Wildwood and everyone got out of camp! After ball scores at flag pole, we had donuts, fruit and cereal for breakfast. After a cleaning of the bunks, everybody loaded up and headed out. The Cedar Pines and Hemlocks hiked Rattlesnake Trailhead and then got some ice cream at the Gazebo. The Oaks departed on their three day trip to New Hampshire. They will be camping out, hiking, roasting marshmallows and exploring the great White Mountains. The Sycamores enjoyed their day on the waterslides of Aquaboggin while Senior Camp chilled down at Lower Falls and picked up ice cream on the way home. For dinner, we had a big cookout with burgers, dogs, bbq chicken, salad and chips. Trip Day is always a nice change of pace for the boys and staff.
