Field Day!

Little cloudy, but we got so much done today! Some of the 14s and 15s actually got up early for breakfast and went to Winaukee for a field day. They played basketball, soccer and baseball. At the same exact time, we hosted their 12 year olds for the same three sports. It was a great time at both camps with an even 3-3 split in total. Hard to ask for a better start.

Back at camp, we started with sausage, egg and cheese quesadillas with cereal, fruit and yogurt. After cleaning bunks, everyone was in full gear enjoying all of the new activities on the schedule. We had Outdoor Rec w/T, drum and guitar lessons, 3D printing and mixed media going on throughout the day. We had chicken fingers and fries for lunch followed by a much needed rest hour. Little bit of rain in the afternoon, but we were able to make it work with some indoor tennis, outdoor handball and Mark Meyer dodgeball! Dinner was bbq brisket and chicken plus mashed potatoes and cauliflower. As a reminder, we eat family style here at Camp Wildwood. Lots of sun in the forecast moving forward! See you tomorrow.
